THINGS TO KNOW:

• We are unable to wait for you past departure time so please be punctual!
• Please check your departure time on your booking.
• Personal food and drink are not allowed on board.
• NO SMOKING is allowed on the platform.
• A designated vaping area is available on Poko Loko floating platform.
• Please check-in at least 30 minutes prior to your tour time at Mahogany Beach.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate kids under the age of 4 years onboard Poko Loko for Health & Safety reasons.
• All bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of the departure date.
• We DO accept both cash and card payments. ALL major cards are accepted.
